It was very quick and easy to use its a present for my young grandson I think he will love it

Ordered presents for my fathers birthday and paid next day delivery, only one thing arrived the next day so jumped on Facebook chat and was put through to a very helpful gentleman named Callum, he refunded my delivery charges and has promised he will do his best to get the rest to me before Friday! Very grateful !

Up to now things are very good just waiting for my first order to come to our new Bungalow regards Gary.

I ordered an item before fathers day and it never arrived. Evri confirm that they never delivered it and the item was returned although not by me. A whole month on I am still waiting on a refund. I was told that it would take 3 to 5 days a week ago and now they are asking me to wait until 25th July which will be 6 weeks wait. Customer service is a joke. They ask you to repeat information that they already had and blame it on the time that has passed. The only reason this time is passed is because of your service.

I didn’t get the party pack that was meant to come with the machine, so now I have an ice cream machine I can’t use
